The country side is lush and much greener than that of the Transkei to the south. The lakes and lagoon are covered with the ingenius fish traps of the local Tsonga people.

The Kosi Bay wetland system is one of the few places bull sharks, croc's, and hippos co-exist. Thankfully, we just saw a few fish jumping in this spot.

After wading through the lagoon to get to the beach, we picked a spot high on a dune to dry our clothes and watch the dolphins
