We're enjoying a week on the Kromme River right near St Francis Bay (famous surfing bay) at our friends' family summer home complex (sleeps about 16!). Although it's hot season, we arrived in rain and wind. Sunnier and warmer today.Wildlife spotted so far (mostly on roadways): baboons, a tortoise, monkeys, zebras; impala; an entire flock of sheep which flowed around our car.We're enjoying the local lamb, seafood, etc.! No WIFI or internet where we're staying. Power is about to go off, as it does for 2 hr each day. We never know when for sure!
