Hola chicos and chicas!
Certainly the time has come for another blog entry!
I am still in Tofo and life is good!
At the moment I am very sophisticated as I have found a cafe with wireless internet and vegetarian burgers, quite the treat!
Since the last entry I have done plenty of diving and it still rocks. The temperature has dropped in the ocean and its starting to get well chilly but I have a hood and two wetsuits if needed so it will be bearable.
Actually I have managed to see some sharks which was very exciting...no big ones but still, a shark is a shark!
I am working still as a divemaster and I feel more and more confident and comfortable with the responsibility and what to do. It really is so cool to get paid to go diving!?!
The whalesharks have been a bit irregular lately as have the mantas but there is plenty of other stuff. Had such an amazing dolphin encounter the other day, a pod of about 10 bottle nosed dolphins played with us for a good 20 minutes, it was soooo nice - lobve them! The water was really clear
as well, fabulous!
Also I spotted a smalleye stingray recently, they can only be found in Tofo, not seen anywhere else in the world, pretty cool!
I had to go on a visa run lately so I went to Maputo for the first time! Not all that charming but great with a bit of civilisation. I got to go to the most amazing fruit and veg market and a lovely craftsmarket and even managed to fit in a cinema visit - wow, almost like the real world!?!
Some friends of mine were down there at the same time so that was cool with some company and we had dinner at this guys house and it was superb. We had fish and some other loveliness and there were 4 servants in the house, very weird but great!
On the way back we took a fancy bus, a real double decker with aircon and everything, it was so nice to feel more refreshed after the long journey.
Also I went on an awesome kayak trip to Inhambane Island. It only has 800 inhabitants and they dont really get visitors so it was lovely. We had dolphins on the way

Sam and Leah
The Americans they are called, my new lovely house mates!there and then a lovely walk on the island and the most gorgeous food! The dhow journey back was fun but cold as a storm was approaching, great view though!
It has not been very busy lately so i have spent a lot of time doing Sudoku...geeky but fun!
The house is looking better as we have a new made that actually knows how to wash clothes and we had a gardener sort out the jungle that was our garden! Unfortunately we have naughty vervet monkeys that keep on stealing our passion fruits and our papayas, little buggers!
The mango season is long gone and the avocado season took over and sadly is now coming to an end as well - and now there are oranges..somehow not as exotic...but good enough! The good thing is there is always a season for ice cream! My lovely housemate Samantha makes an awesome avocado icecream, and not too mention great salads and muffins!
I am very excited about next week, as I am going to dive in Sodwana Bay - hurrah! Me and Jay, that lived with me before, are entering the Sodwana shootout! Its an underwater photo competition that
runs over 4 days and I cant wait!!
Enjoy the photos and please keep on sending me emails!
Lots of love xxx Frida
