What a day!

MEKNES Day 25

Arrived in Meknes at 3am. Got a train to Tangier. Train broke down and was changed to a bus. Bus broke down and had to stand outside from 4am-6am waiting for a new bus. Trust me, the last place I wanted to be was standing outside of a bus at 4am amidst a bus full of angry arab men. It was not a pretty sight and so I decided the best place to stand was behind the security guards. The new bus finally arrived and the angry men filed on. Bus finally arrived in Tangier at 9am. Dashed to the port to catch first ferry at 10am. Got on ferry at 9:30 but ferry never left until 1pm!!!!! Finally arrived in Algeciras at 5pm to find out that the train line from Algeciras to Granada was broken so I couldn’t leave until the following morning. WHAT A DAY!!!!!!!
