Hello All,
After a long journey, we have arrived in Ekwendeni safe and sound. We have been warmly welcomed by everyone we meet and it has been an extraordinary journey so far. We only have a few minutes right now as we are just about to depart from the hospital to a small village, Ekwenweni, to lend a hand dstay for the night. Everyone seems quite excited as we will be demonstrating how to make a "wedding cake" in hopes that the local women can continue to do so and create a business from this. Wish us luck as we will be baking on an open fire! No photos yet as we have jsut been summoned to go and load up for the journey. We will post again when we can.
