Day 4 - Bumala

Day 4 – Flew out to Kisumu and met Charles. He took us shopping and we picked up blankets, art supplies, textbooks etc…We proceeded to drive to Bumala and enjoyed the countryside and all of its ancient beauty. A few of us stopped to take pictures at the equator. We arrived in Bumala and had a chance to meet Jane, the new bookkeeper, at the school. She is very good at what she does and a very welcome addition to the team.
