One of the people who have started an NGO would be Andrew Youn, a young man who started a program in Kenya known as the One Acre Fund. This program's goal was to improve the farming condition in Kenya and find a ways to solve the hunger issue in the country as well. Their basic program was shown to help Kenya improve their crop production, which would go on to fix the hunger issue a bit. This program's main location is in Kenya, it's country of origin, but also works in Rwanda, Tanzania and Burundi, meaning its main focus is on the hunger issue in the country of Africa. I believe that this NGO does improve its country's condition because:

In 2013, the impact per farmer saw a $139 increase, showing a gain in profit.
In 2013, there was a 52%!i(MISSING)ncrease in gain per acre of crop planted.
• There was also a 77%!i(MISSING)ncrease in Field Sustainability, meaning that the fields fertility was increased.

This shows that the NGO is having a major impact on the country's crop production and gain in money. This is why the NGO is successful and helpful to the people who farm and live in any of the countries that One Acre Fund can help.
