Laundry area outside of Teresa's dormatory. Each student hand-washes their clothing every single day. It actually smelled like super fresh laundry out here.

This is a real aspen leaf dipped in 24k gold. She absolutely loved this necklace!!!! Her tears could not be held back :)

Loy and Betsy have been best friends since thier childhood. Theya attended the same high school and college, Kansas University.

St. Martin served us tea and cakes for each of our visits. Tea is Kenya is made with by filling a tea cup full of warm milk, allowing a tea bag to steep in the milk, then adding sugar to melt in the milk.

Teresa and her cube mate, Deborah. I explained to Deborah my boyfriend's mom's name is Deborah also, but goes by Debi. The girls have never heard of the name Debi so they giggle each time I call Deborah ... "Debi" :)
