Week 1

Work at the orphanage continues to go well and it's been great being able to do some proper therapy sessions with the children. However, both Howler and I find the days very busy trying to negotiate therapy sessions and helping out with everything else. We quite often find ourselves in a room trying to manage on our own with feeding, changing, generally looking after 10 babies - getting it down to a fine art!
Our 'Kenyan mum' Julia has taken us around quite a lot to different parts of the town, and showed us around Nairobi city centre on Wednesday - very very busy and noisy place, but really good to have gone there to see it.
Hot and sunny today - hurray...bit of a change from the last few overcast days.
