Hi guys for all of you planning to visit Egypt, from Asia, it shall be appropriate to take a Nile Cruise, from Aswan to Luxor.By this you terminate the cruise a lot closer to Cairo: The pyramid destinaton.The best of ancient Egypt, the Temples and the Tombs, are around Nile...or the Neel.The cruise package should take care of all the related sight seeing.abu Sinbel is way out, but worth seeing. So plan out carefully, for Abu Simble, when at Aswan.generally tourists leave early morning about 3 am, and return by 12, to visit the Nubian villages , near the Aswan dam. Luxor is exhausting, the largest open air Museum, full of beautiful relics. As a rule all the temples are related to life, hence built on the eastern bank of nile, from the place where the Sun is "born", everyday.Tombs are on the western bank of the Nile, since it sets on that side.
From Luxor you can take the train to cairo and camp, for visiting memphis, Alexendria, Saquara and Giza.Then moveto Sinai, by air, and park somewhere near the Red Sea, Sharam el sheikh.Relax and regroup, and fly back.Dont forget to idle around Azhar Mosque, shop at Khan e Khallelli market, and taste kawabs and Aish(roti).keep about two LE or Egyptian Pounds, per day as tips for any personal service, and enjoy the beautiful country. You can shop Pappyrus paintings, lots of them, some perfumes, souvuneers and the rest is same in Asia. During the vist to the temples and tombs, you may be able to strike a good bargain, for souvineers, at Cairo, they are a bit costly. Tips and bargaining are imporant dimensions of Egyptian Tourism.Dont forget to join a dinner cruise with belly dancing and visit museum in Cairo
