The Poverty in Congo is a challenge for the countries well being. With the government letting rebel militia's inflict violence and war upon the Congo civilians, Congo has had an economic difficulty due to the war. With the "blood diamonds" sold across other countries Congo has used their income negatively for continuous war instead of advancing and spreading neutrality among Congo. With the diamonds keeping Congo "financially alive" they have become uncontrollably alive. The government cant cooperate to use the money by the diamonds wisely, therefore making Congo decline economically and fail as a country itself. Congo's GDP is about 715$ which is really low showing the disaster that the blood diamonds had caused. With a country full of rape and death tolls risen from war, to blame is the government and the use of the military.
