1. Some of the reasons why books are banned is because of the sex, profanity, and racism that remains in the books.

2. I agree with the reasons because certain students shouldnt be allowed to read books with those types of themes in them. But I also disagree because sex or even raxism might be the theme for that book and students have to learn about those things at a certain age.

3. I believe that the parent and teacher to both decide what books are taught in school because they know best in how to teach the student and what the student need to know in life

4. The approach would be to start with the parents because these are thwir children and they do know what is best to be learned in order to be successful.
