Looking to make our way home to the uk next year and are struggling to find useful info.
Hi Everyone,
This is our first time on travel blog.
Me and my partner plan to travel back to the UK fro New Zealand next year overland with the aim to cycle as much as we can depending on length of visas etc. There seems to be a bit of a lack of infomation about doing this route. Most people seem to travel the reverse of the route we intend on doing.
Also most people who cycle seem to fly along the way which we really dont want to do.
Our main issues are going to be getting across the Tazman to Australia and then on to East Timor or Indonesia without flying. Everything else seems fairly easy.
Any help would be appreciated!!!!
Thanks!!!!

Welcome to TravelBlog.
Have you seen this story?
"Kiwi Birds Don't Fly"
It's about someone who did the reverse trip, but cycled most of it. I found her blog (not on TB). Let me know if you want me to dig up the link.
There's also
Occasionally Bob , who might be able to help with info.
