My Dad always told me that the three things you need when you leave the house are your wallet, keys and passport.
The rest you can pick up wherever you arrive!
Reply to this I had to think hard coz actually I don't have many non-essential possessions but I guess it would have to be passport, bike and TEFL certificate (three things that help me travel) if we're talking about material possessions, if non-material then health, freedom and creativity are pretty good choices!
Reply to this 1. My daughter - I dont leave home without her
2. Portable DVD - for the times I want to relax with a glass of wine/dinner and have my daughter self-entertained (also great for cars/trains)
3. ATM card/Passport
Reply to this It's the end of semester here which means EXAM TIME. I was TA'ing a 'Gifts and Commodities' course (Economics of Anthropology), which meant I helped write and mark the exam.
Question 7:

A. Every person seeks to realize themselves through free and creative labour.
Reply to this my three possession:
-Money (so i can go travel around the world)
-Languages(so i can talk to anyone in this whole world using their own languages)
-Camera (Souvenir, Stories, Great places will not ever last without this thing, keep your memory in pictures)
Reply to this 1) Good Health;
2) A Solid Faith to keep believing that the aforementioned Health will stay Good;
3) A Reliable Memory to never forget about Point 2.
Reply to this my kids, my hubby and my pets.. I know they are not something I can posess.. but they are what I value!
Reply to this This is tough for me. First in that I care nothing for personal possessions what so ever, and second what I do hold dear I cant own but just enjoy. The only object I can think of would be My acoustic guitar. Made out of Cedar wood and with me for the last 20 years, the musician in me would miss it.
Now, what I hold dear above all else, cannot live without, also cannot be contained within the number 3.
My 9 dogs, 12 cats, and 5 horses are all precious to me above anything else in this life. They are my world.

Material it would be my passport, money/atm card, and my phone.
Reply to this 1) my son Sebastian, his smile, laugh, tiny hands etc. he's almost 5 months old now
2) books, if I had to pick one probably my hardback special edition illustrated copy of Yann Martell's "Life of Pi"
3) my car, I drive a (new shape) "night-fire red" Mini and I'd be lost without being able to nip about; her name is Bella-Donna!
Reply to this My three most prized possessions are my lap top , my cell phone and my digital camera. My business life revolves around these items. Just recently I travelled from Chicago to Fort Myers and put my camera on the table in one of the airport restaurants in Chicago.
I do not often get involved with telling people about products but I had a fantastic result.
A week before my travel I bought a luggage locator pack from www.back2you.com. The pack promised to let me know within seconds when someone found an item that I had lost. The pack had two luggage tags and labels for my cell, camera etc. In all honesty I bought it on a whim and when I got it didnt really have full confidence that it would ever delilver.
Ten minutes after leaving the restaurant and stilll not knowing that I had left my camera behind I recieved a text message from backyou telling me where I had left the camera and to whom I needed to speak to get it back. If I hadnt had the back2you label on the camera I would have only known that I had lost the camera when I had got back to Fort Myers. Also the waitress would never have known whos it was and would not have been able to tell me.
Well dont back2you , great product....I am a believer !
