Hey, it would be so great if anyone who has been to NZ, especially Christchurch region could offer advice on accomodatation, other tips would be handy aswell
Okk, so i'm going to New Zealand next january on a working holiday visa, and i was wondering if anyone had any advice on accommadation - i have found a really cheap youth hostel in Christchurch, it works out about £49 a week, but i also know renting house shares is generally cheaper out there, so does anyone know how easy it is to get a house share started and how quickly i can do this? If it works out more expensive i was thinking of just staying in Youth hostels for the whole year.
Reply to this I was there 3 months ago and the downtown YHA in Christchurch was really nice, but i stayed in dorms there and not sure how expensive single rooms would be.
