Does anybody know how much each country in south America charges at the border when you go in by car/motorcycle?

I am planning a trip from Mexico to Chile on motorcycle and I am wondering about costs for crossing borders, visas, and maybe even costs for using certain higways that there are in some places, I would really appreciate any information from others that may have done a similar trip by car or motorcycle

The cost of Visas will depend somewhat on which nations passport you carry.
