Is it possible to get to China from the US without an airplane?

without an airplane??? the only way i can ever think to get to asia from here is by plane and i am tired of flying everywhere. is there another way? boat seems like the most reasonable answer but i dont know where or how Reply to this

Yes, it is possible. Apart from luxury ocean liners, such as the Queen Mary 2 (QM2), a limited number of passengers can travel by freighter - generally container ships.
