Okay, so. Due, in large part, to my laziness, I have decided to stop preparing for India for a while. Well actually, it wasn't so much a decision as a gradual increase in inactivity and a gradual decrease in production. I am tired of pondering such exhausting questions as, "how many pairs of underwear do people typically go through in one year?" or "how many bottles of travel-sized hand sanitizer does the average India resident require each year to prevent horrible sickness?" I'm pretty sure that Indian people do not use travel-sized hand sanitizer--and even if my hands are as sterile as the counter top in a computer-manufacturing lab, my food will probably still be writhing with parasites. So I don't care. Instead, I have began taking a new approach to my preparation, doing things like:
