Different name on Passport and Visa

Will CBP make a problem about it?

My name on Passport is e.g: Mary Ann McPherson Brown. On Endorsement page of the passport, the immigration put Additional Name: Mary Ann. The name on Endorsement page is the same name that i have on the visa. Will it make the CBP at US POE questioned me much?.

You may or may not have an issue with this. It depends on who checks you in through customs. I've done some internet research for you and because it is the same on the endorsement page I think you are going to be alright.
