David and his family were able to come out for just over a week, whereas we had a few extra days, so we decided that Katherine, Anna, and I would fly out and visit Glacier National Park in Montana, and then drive up to meet David, Katie and the girls in Calgary, from where we'd visit the Canadian parks.
