Day 130 (Friday 28/08/09, NJJ) The ranger at the campground said there were moose on the other side of camp so we went for a look, we saw three grazing, they're such weird looking but elegant. Had a great view of the Teton range in the lovely morning light. Stopped at Moose, Jenny Lake and Coulter Bay. Special K for breakfast and lunch. Back to Yellowstone through the south entrance. Stopped at a few points on the way to Canyon Village for the campground which was fully booked for the season up until yesterday. Saw a small herd of bison on the side of the road. On for a drive on the north loop - Tower Roosevelt, Mammoth Hot Springs, passed Norris and back to camp. Fantastic scenery, more bison and a lone buck elk. Pasta
