Yesterday, May 3rd, April and I celebrated our 10 year anniversary. Yup, 10 years! I was 19 years old when I met April. She was my 2nd serious relationship. What does a wall mounted blue marlin, Britney Spears and plastic flowers have in common? They are all, or at some point, been in this condo Ape and I are staying at. Do I know for a fact Britney Spears was here? No. But from the look of the tin, blue marlin's face (hanging above the plastic Floridian couch adorned with fishes no less) I would say it is probable. We said a temporary goodbye to Key West this afternoon as we treked north to pick up "the mammas" (a.k.a. Linda and Elizabeth) at Orlando International Airport. They were to depart Providence at 7:50pm and arrive Orlando at 10:50pm. We could hardly wait. As a matter of fact we had continplated having them FedEx'd to us, but my mom would be upset at the cost, so we opted for budget friendly Southwest Airlines! :-) When we awoke in Key West it was another PERFECT DAY. Hey everyone! It has been a while since my last blog. It was too sad to write as I found ourselves trekking back toward COLD Rhode Island. I mean, who would want to leave sunny and 70's during the winter? :) The cool thing was/is Ape and I are heading BACK to Florida tomorrow, March 19th for another 2 weeks of fun in the sun.
