Ok, I admit it - I am addicted to Key West's key lime pie. I don't care if it's The Blond Giraffe's or Jimmy Buffett's....just give me that key lime pie - please. Wow, has it really been ALMOST TWO WEEKS since my last blog???? So much has happened since the last time I wrote. We have been so busy with work and sightseeing that I literally haven't had time to sit and write. We are currently in Las Vegas and I have about an hour....so I will write as much as I can. On Saturday we played in the snow at 11,000 + feet in flip flops, walked on a tundra, drove on the highest continuously paved road in the USA, crossed the continental divide, drove through immense thunderstorms, saw 3 rainbows, went from 90 degrees to 47 degrees in less than 2 hours, drove through an authentic old west town and saw a spectacular sunset...whoa...lol. Hello from a Starbucks in the Mile High city of Denver, actually Littleton located 18 miles south of Denver. We last left off in the wonderful city of Nashville, TN. We departed Nashville on Monday morning on our voyage to Denver, Colorado for the Alison Krauss & Union Station concert at Red Rocks Amphitheater. We drove north through Tennessee, across Kentucky, Illinois, Missouri and Kansas. The scenery was nothing short of spectacular.
