The idea is to walk / hitch hike from Ontario to Calgary. Once in Calgary, decide whether or not to buy a bike and continue my trip on bike. From Calgary whether I bike or walk I head to Banff then Jasper. From Jasper I head straight north to the Mackenzie Hwy. Possibly and more then likely I would got to Yellowknife, N.W.T.. I am not sure what will happen in Yellowknife. From Yellowknife I will continue down the Mackenzie Hwy into B.C. and then to Watson Lake, Yukon. Depending on how late I am into the summer and if I am on a bike I will make a decision to press on to Dawson City and then up the Dempster Hwy. If it is getting too late into the summer I will head down the coast of B.C. to Prince Rupert and catch a ferry to the Queen Charlotte Islands and then another ferry to Port Hardy, Vancouver Island.
