My thoughts riding into Vancouver? Mmm, good question. Am I relieved to be done? Not exactly; if I had the financial resources I would have been more than happy to head south until there was no more road to ride. If winter was not upon us in Canada I would have been happy to start riding east. But Vancouver seems as good as an ending destination then anywhere so I am content with this chapter of my life simply coming to end. I am kind of excited to see what life in B.C. has to offer over the next few months.
This has easily been the most physical challenge of my life and am pleased to have accomplished this at 38 years old. It makes me think I have a few good years left in me.
I never thought I would do a bike trip. And am totally amazed at how much I enjoyed the experience. When I mentioned riding a bike I thought I was just shooting my mouth off. Maybe I should shoot my mouth off more often.
Consider my ride officially over and at this moment I would not anticipate any more blog notifications at this time. That being said if I go somewhere or see (photograph) anything exciting I will be happy to share.
Lastly, a very very big thank you to all of you for taking the time to read and follow my blog and thank you for all the prayers (as many of you have let me know that I have been in them).
So with that being said…
