Here i am back in this cosy internet cafe right by the sea with a view to saudi arabia. It is still very windy but the wind is not uncomfortable. Yesterday I walked along the water to a place called "blue lagoon" which was about 1 hour walk. I ended up staying there almost the whole day because it was so lovely. The water was shining in turquoise-bluish colors and the water was so clear. In the evening I went for dinner to a bedouin place directly at the water. here i am in egypt now.. no plane crash, no kidnapping so far hahaha jk To put it in brief words: Egpt is the most lovely country ive ever visited! (Im not saying this out of holiday-beginning-enthusiasm, within a few hour ive experienced things i never seen before) People are soo sooo loveable and hospitable! Yayyyyyyy i can almost count the hours already... Over the past days it felt like my whole trip was falling apart.. plans didnt end up working out, some people I was going to meet will not be there anymore. Today the "wanderlust" hit me with its full intensity... It started when i got ready this morning and so I've been enthusiastically preparing a few more things today I had to do before my departure. In only 7 more days at exactly this time I'll arrive in Sharm el Sheikh. The excitement grows with every day and I kinda go through ups and downs. One day I feel so happy and excited.. the next day I even feel a bit anxious. But I guess this is a normal feeling when youre travelling into the unknown... There are still so many things I have to do before my departure. At least I've got my ticket and new passport now. It seems like yesterday since I took off and left this beautiful country and my dear friends there. In fact I left a home behind... Oh by the way I know by now that in Australia u don't fall off the earth and that you dont even notice that youre living a life headfirst.
