We celebrated our 30th Anniversary on March 19th this year and so my husband Craig and I are taking a British Isles cruise on Silversea's Silver Whisper with my twin sister Pat and her husband Mike. We fly into London Heathrow and board the ship in Southamption. Our ports of call include Falmouth UK, Waterford Ireland, Dublin Ireland, Holyhead Wales UK, Belfast Northern Ireland, Portree (Isle of Skye) UK, Inverness Scotland, Edinburgh Scotland, Helsingborg Sweden and Copenhagen Denmark. Whew! Sure hope I keep those ports straight and aim to use this blog to help me do so! Bon Voyage!

Hello everyone! We are a Vancouver BC couple about to embark on a cross Canada road trip, traveling from Vancouver, BC to Pubnico, NS and returning home through the U.S. Our trip begins in Drumheller, AB where we will explore the famous Hoodoos and Tyrell Dinosaur Museum. From there we venture to Tugaske, SK where my grandmother Helen Marie Cameron (nee Nelson) was born. We are hoping to find the old farm house where she grew up and explore the small town’s history. From Tugaske we head to East Selkirk, MB and Toronto, ON to visit family and friends. Then on to Montreal! We are very excited to explore Montreal’s rich history and sample all the famous cuisine. We end our Canadian journey in Pubnico, NS, a small Acadian fishing Village. From Pubnico we venture to the U.S where we have scheduled stops in Boston and Chicago. We plan to visit the famous Fenway Park, Freedom Trail, Millennium Mile, and Wrigley Field. From here we head west on our way home stopping in towns yet to be decided. We are very much looking forward to exploring the country and meeting new friends along the way.
