L: Last full day in the UK for 21 weeks! Already arguing about what to write on Travelblog site. Have spent day printing out visas etc. and in the pub, this time tomorrow will be at Heathrow airport checking in for flight to Hong Kong! Had several good leaving do's in previous weeks, apologies to all re. Alex last Saturday who was hammered by 7:30pm and should have been left at home.
A: It was a leaving do!
L: Yes, and like I said I should've left you at home. Thanks to all who came to various leaving parties, will miss you all (well most of you) and see you in the spring!

Hong Kong weather
Have just seen that a tropical storm (or remnants thereof) will be awaiting your arrival in HK. Thank your lucky stars that they've built the new airport and you wont have to thread your windy way in through the skyscrapers!
