We caught the Underground to see the last remaining long section (around 1 klm) of the Berlin Wall. It was interesting to see some of the iconic images that have been painted on the wall.

We then visited the Topography of Terror, a museum dedicated to the history of the Third Reich. It was interesting to see how Nazism developed and gained power leading up to 1939 and how they wiped out any opposition to their policies of hatred. The museum is located on the former site of Gestapo headquarters on PrinzAlbrechtrasse, probably the most feared address in all of Germany during the war.

We then visited the Stasi Museum, where the East German Secret Police ran their surveillance on it's citizens. It is no surprise that many of the leaders of the Secret Police were formers Nazis.

After lunch we climbed the Berliner Dom Bell Tower and were lucky enough to hear the bells ring out while we were up top.

When we came down we bought tickets to a Symphony Concert by a world renowned Conductor, Orchestra and featured Pianist, at the Berlin Conzerthaus, a magnificent building.

Thai for dinner at a different Thai restaurant.
