I cant believe that we've got to August already, but another birthday has been and gone. A busy one too. Dad, Ineke and I met Kate and John for lunch in a lovely café in Chirk, where we enjoyed a drink before our lunch. Home again, and lots of friends called, one after the other, with various gifts and greetings, and as it was a beautiful evening we could mostly just sit outside and enjoy it. Not forgetting a special rendition of happy birthday from Martha and Jack, who'd given me their present before they left (under a bunting decorated tree on the field). So look at the pictures and you'll see what fun I had.
