Stonehenge

This trip was optional, and most people were really excited to sign up, but one of my friends didn't want to go, saying it was "just a bunch of stones."
Everyone laughed at that, and we figured she must not understand the significance of it. But when we got there, it really was just a bunch of stones.... all roped off with a crowd of people walking around it taking pictures, and a gift shop at the end.

It was a great photo opportunity though.

And I got a snow globe from the gift shop :-)

Afterwards we went to Salisbury and saw Salisbury Cathedral.

...the cathedral isn't slanted, i just messed up the picture

Did you really cross the rope barrier to take the picture? : ) I'm glad to clarified with regard to the Salisbury Cathedral and reassured me that it was not really slanted! I was worried for a bit : / Mom
