So when I went to pick up Davy at the airport of course my family was wondering if he was my boyfriend. And as much as I kept saying NO they thought otherwise. So when Davy arrived on friday my aunts husband took me to pick him up. We went to the city of Guadalajara which is about 2 hours away from where I´m staying in Tala, Jalisco.

We took Davy to eat TORTAS DROWNED in hot sauce which he wont shut up with. He met the family and then I took him to the Plaza in Tala for a few beers. Sometime later friday night we debated on spending the 4 cents on the bus or street vendor tacos. Well we spent it on the tacos and shared a 40 for $1.35 and attempted to walk back to my relatives even though we didnt know how. After asking a bunch of old ladies they managed to walk us back to my cousins place.

On saturday I took Davy to Guadalajara for his tour of the bootleg swapmeet. We ate and then took off to the Marichi square which was disappointing when they charged alot of money to play in public. However I found out that my sister Julieta Venegas was gonna be playing in Guadalajara on November 4th and that made my day. For those of you who dont know she was going to play in L.A. on november 12th and I was disappointed that I was going to miss her, but she is my favorite singer.

So Davy made a friend on saturday. Down the street from where we stay lives a cop who is on vacation and was recently dumped by his wife. We went to eat next door with the neighbors after going to Guadalajara and Davy met his friend Martin. The guy decided to race Davy on who could drink the fastest and ofcourse Davy won. Now the guy Martin stalks Davy daily and even gave him a dog to take back with him. Awwww.........

We are now in headed for Puerto Vallarta. I will tell you about my next adventures with my Davy.
