Alex and I went to Chester last night to look at the lights, and to see if either of us could get decent pictures in the dark. We had a lovely time, getting there just at dusk, and nothing to do except wander about gently. It wasn't cold and not raining, so perfect. My camera , being cheap and little, took about 10 seconds to get the shot, and as I didn't have a tripod they're a bit wobbly. In the end I rolled the camera round in a circle deliberately while I took the pic, and I like the result - next year's Christmas card! Alex's are not so flippant.
