seen from the top of the scarp. Lake Margaret is a hydroelectric scheme located in the west coast of Tasmania, built in WWI to supply power to the Mt Lyell Mining Company.

is always welcome after a climb. Besides it gives a chance to recover from the climb.

Often think of the old place.
I lived at Lake Margaret. Have been back there about 10years ago for a look. Sad to see it over grown and house demolished.
