Hi I live in Perth. I work in the mining industry often on a fly-in fly-our roster. The 12 hour days, from 6am-6pm and 6pm-6am are pretty intense. But the money, which finances my travels is very good.

Lake Margaret Townshipseen from the top of the scarp. Lake Margaret is a hydroelectric scheme located in the west coast of Tasmania, built in WWI to supply power to the Mt Lyell Mining Company.
Billy Tea is always welcome after a climb. Besides it gives a chance to recover from the climb.
A Great View can be had from here, so why go any further some of us might wonder.
Because the Leaky Pipeline invites us to follow it, and enjoy a refreshing shower as we hike. It is made of King Billy Pine.
Nearing Journeys end, the cascading fall of Lake Margaret. That is not a car park, is it:( You know what they say,it is the journey not the destination.
Often think of the old place. I lived at Lake Margaret. Have been back there about 10years ago for a look. Sad to see it over grown and house demolished.
