Back to school!!

The summer holidays have come to an end....I have to say the past 7 weeks have flown by so fast. I planned lots and found lots of new places so Matthew did not have time to say he is bored!!!!! Mission complete!!!

Now we are getting back to the school routine..........getting up early is not Matthew's best part of school!!!! Matthew had a great first day back, making new friends and being reunited with old friends......Matthew is not a morning person but as soon as he saw Ameena (his girlfriend!) his face lit up!!! She had been away for the holidays, he was very happy she had returned to Teda!!



Now I have a couple of mummy days a week I too have been busy.....while the boys are at school and nursery I have been busy with my new hobby making beaded jewellery!!

Well done Lindsay - you have certainly given the boys a wonderful summer. It won't be long now before your parents arrive.No doubt you will make some plans between you so that they too have a marvelous time. I am very glad that Matthew has returned to school happily and has found some of his old friends again. I'm sure he will go from strength to strength. Your photos are delightful. It is great to see them. I am hoping to get some money to Dartford for William's birthday and the boys' Christmas. Of course I will send cards again as the first ones did arrive. How is the Chinese language getting on? Enjoy your jewellery making. 'Mummy time' must be great after so long! Love to you all from Mum O.

Back to school!
The summer holidays are a little longer out here than schools back in UK so wanted to make sure boys had plenty to do......."I'm bored" is banned from this home!!! I am pleased to have found many new places. And our trip was amazing!! I am happy that my jewellery making has gone well, I am very impressed with myself!!! I am still having Chinese lessons, I don't know what I would do with out my Helen!! She has become a great friend. I have also just started yoga class with my teacher.......it's interesting to say the least and I end up in giggles as my body is not as flexible as others!! Matthew and William now speak Chinese!! I can not believe William is going to turn 3 soon.....where has the time gone? Matthew is starting after school clubs from next week and for this term he is having swimming lessons for his PE class. I am helping out with this class - the teacher needs all the help she can get!! It is so nice to see the teachers get in the water and show the children how to do it rather than standing on the side like most classes back in England. Hope all is good back home with you. I have lots planned for mum and dad they will need another holiday to get over this one!!! The boys are also going to have a sleep over with nanny and granddad so mummy and daddy can have a night out!!!
