Brendon in our bedroomBrendon in our bedroomBrendon in our bedroom

Well the pci doesn't really show it, but our room is huge. That is a double bed that Brendon is sitting on (not the single it looks) & we each have our own double wardrobe!
Well a lot of you have been asking about our place, so here are a few pics.

Particularly relevant for cousin Keith who is coming to stay in Sept, & Linda & Bruce (Brendon's parent's) & Brendon's nana Maisie, who will also be here in September.

We're just returned from a weekend at Stonehenge - but unfortunately pics will have to wait until we've recharged all the camera batteries. Surfeit to say that we had a wonderful weekend & the weather behaved itself too. We even managed toget some sun yesterday.

Well the long weekend was great - on to a 4 day week of work tomorrow. Enjoy these home pics for those of you who've been asking. SOme more interesting pics are on their way in the next wee while.

Pity about the oven that shoots aweful fumes out each time you turn it on, like the last residents (well actually the landlord - as the last tenants didn't clean) caked it with oven cleaner that is STILL burning off. APart from that we're pretty set - you could even have a party in our kitchen.

Our own apple & plums!

So amazed was I at having our own burgeoning orchard – 1 plum & 2 or 3 apple trees – hat I went all domestic, picked a bunch of apples & made a delicious apple & blackberry crumble! Yum. Who would have thought that I’d bake again, after having sworn off it as a teenager as I too easily eat all the spoils.

all those roses our ours. The previous owner was apparently a bit of a green thumb & the previous tenants didn't manage to destroy everything he did - so we have our own secret garden.

Your pad
Your apt looks lovely and modern and light and bright. And the Garden looks great. I am soooo glad that you are not in a dingy little dark place
