I am glad I am in the caravan and not in that little tent. I invited him in for a hot cuppa but he said he was fine. Ohhh to be young :)
Well it poured down during the night and they have closed the roads!! It rained until about 10am today and then it settled down a bit.

We went for a walk around the caravan park and up to the reception area and chatted to other campers who were trying to get a road report. (Apparently, if you are told the roads are closed and then you drive on them you risk a fine of $50,000- apart from the fact that you would be stupid to take the risk). Some of the other campers were not very happy about being stuck at Arkaroola.

We went back to the campsite to have lunch. It is still drizzling but the breeze has come up and the sun is trying to shine through.

After lunch we went for a walk to Bear Rock to see if we could spot any of the yellow-tailed wallabies, but there were none around today. We had a lovely walk though.

Bear Rock in the distance. We didn't walk all the way as it was too wet and windy
