Shanghai, Wuxi and Jiaxing 06

hi hi,

it's that time of the year to visit shanghai again....so have fun with the pix...thank God, the weather was good...esp since the last time i went to Wuxi it was 40 deg celcius and tho we are used to the hot weather in singapore, we were dripping in perspiration when we walked...this time round, shanghai was esp windy and rainy as there was a typhoon just before we came...whew!!

of course, "sui mi tao" was in season, so it was very good that we get to eat them again...juicy, fragant and of course...very very sweet...but 28 boxes seem a bit too much for our teams from both hci and nygh so...we gave away almost all the boxes as everyone in the was trying to eat at least 3 "tao" a day to help finish them but even then...we failed miserably...*grin.....at night.. i was guarding the boxes of sui mi tao...and of course..my room is very fragrant after that..tho' i did have weird ideas like sui mi tao, having facial..etc etc ..to help finish the quota we were given...which of course never did materialise...hmmm..such is the hospitality of the prcs to us 😊

the only place where i managed to jog and get a workout...after almost a week..it was interesting to explore the new place just by running..in fact, i was mistaken to be a jiaxing local :)
