1 On My Way! In the Air/Arrive in Quito

Finally on my way after final night balancing Superbowl and needed to jettison much gear to meet size/weight requirments. K8 and Samm dropped me off at airport, thank you family, then uneventful flights until attempting to land in Quito X2. Heavy rain + other planes with less fuel than us, so we continued on to Guayaquil to fuel and wait for weather. Back to Quito and into hotel late but safe and sound.

Settling into Hotel San Francisco de Quito, built in 1702, beautiful, comfortable, and now getting acclimated. More on Quito after i get this blog going.
