The dining rooms in Oxford's Colleges are just like the Greta Hall in Harry Potter
Hi 2KW and others,

I have been to Oxford. Oxford University is a big university where famous people go like Bob Hawke who was an Australian Prime Minister. Alice from Alice in Wonderland lived there and bought lollies from a shop I visited. Some films from Harry Potter were filmed there and the Great Hall was pretty much the same. Also filmed there was from the fourth book when Malfoy’s and Harry’s anime get turned into a ferret.

Extras – Legoland and Stratford upon Avon.

I also went to Legoland . There were rides and lego models.

I also went to Stratford upon Avon where William Shakespeare was born. William Shakespeare wrote Macbeth and also Romeo and Juliet.

Hello Eliza
Wow Eliza! It sounds like you are having lots of fun. We are glad you got to go to Alice's shop. You looked just like her when you dressed up for the Book Week Parade. Leilani is a bit jealous that you got to go to Oxford where Harry Potter was filmed. She wants to know if you got to try on the sorting hat. We are ALL jealous that you got to go to Legoland. We had the 'Brickman' visit our school (Australia's only professional lego builder) but we wish we could go to Legoland too. We miss you and can't wait to see you in a few weeks. Unfortunately Cheyanne left to move to Queensland and we miss her too but know we will feel better when we see your smiling face again. From your friends in 2KW.
