What a nightmare finding our hotel today!! We got into the station from Franfurt at 1 but didn't get the hotel until 4. The directions we had were horrible, and everyone we asked told us there were no hotels around there. It's literally miles from the center of town. We had to take the tram almost to the end of the line.
On the plus side, once we found it it turned out to be a beautiful brand-new hotel,,,very classy, so totally unlike what we're used to!! They have bikes right there so that's what the plan is for tomorrow evening; tomorrow during the day we'll hit the museums and go out to the countryside when it cools down. Amsterdam is quaint, much bigger than I thought it would be and dangerous. The bicycle riders give no quarter and they zip all around you, you have to stay alert.
We had the best train ride here though...first class is worth it. Unfortunately we didn't have the compartment to ourselves and had to put up with a couple in lust. Some loud-mouthed architect, or he builds something, and some girl he had picked up somewhere who couldn't wait to get to the nearest hotel. She thinks she's found prince charming HA!

Camp News
I picked up from the post office just the one package so far. I had a rough day today. Steve"s truck broke down and i had to help him to get it going, mission accomplished. After that i cut and trimmed the bushes in the front yard. Now i am going to help Steve with putting new calipers on the nuts car. You know i love doing this. I went to the VETS today and picked up some ICK for the back of Trooper"slegs so CHICA won "t bite them. I hope it works.Thats it for now my love. Talk to you tommorrow. I LOVE YOU.
