Well i went to that big temple complex just outside Delhi, about a half hour with the metro i see it all the time when i go to work in gourgaun so today i went to see it, it its HUGE i was told there are 7 temples there dedicate to all the Hindu gods i did not see any white person there but myself and that was fun for allot of Indian people who all wanted to have there picture taken with me blond hair blue eyed crazy American first thing the asked you USA you USA then picture please with family please well there you go white man in guta pajama with red dot on his forehead that a priest gave me and a red string that he wrapped around my left wrist wile saying a prier or something i don't know he could have cursed me out my Hindi is still a bit rusty and he wanted a picture with me too. it is a amazing religion Hinduism so peace full and so many aspects and the people travel great distance to go to a certain temple to visit it just took my breath away, the moment i took off my shoes and entered the temple grounds a strange feeling of peace came over me i cant explain it because i never had a feeling like that before in a strange way it feels like some kind of weight is lifted from me... i don't know how to put it in to words so i will leave it at that. the priest guided me to some kind of dining hall where i was told to sit and the next thing i know there where rows of people sitting all over the place got a kind of leaf plate handed to me and shortly there after two guys walked between the rows with some kind of chapati followed by two more dropping a potato Dal on my leaf plate it was real good spicy but good. The only thing i did not like was seeing those child brides some could not be older than 14 or 15 maybe 16 , how can you tell i can people think well i was told by the wife of a friend of mine who is Indian that you can see if a girl/ woman is married on the things the wear, some things can only be worn by a married woman,

1. the mangul sutra a necklaces made of a yellow string with black and gold beats and a pendant.

2. the nose ring or stud

3. the toe rings two on each foot silver only

4. the ankle bracelets also only silver

5. the bangles on the wrists

6. the red dot on the forehead

and those young girls had all of those things, the laws have changed but it is still done to marry a girl out at young age its there culture who am i to judge that.

well its hot 99 and no sign of cooling off any time soon its back to work tomorrow so ill post the picks and send the blog out hope you all enjoy
