Another drunken night wondering from restaurant to bar to house party to bar again. Sure did the rounds last night. Ruminades at RJ's Grill, fantastic food, fantastic drinks. then down the road to a hopping crowd at Bundu Bar where there was a quiz in progress. The winners gave up the 1600 limperas to the bar and brought the house a few rounds. Good folks! Then over to a house party thta was literally cooking and the drinks were strong and cheap and finally to Tranquilla bar to dance a little dance. there was this amzazingly good dance couple I couldn't keep my eyes off of. And there was an Italian man dressed as a pirate sporting a pink weight belt as a sash. Then there was a couple who should really just get a room.

I tried really hard not to drink too much since I had my last 2 OW dives and my final exam today. The dives were just phenomenal. Saw a Spotted Eagle ray and another Ray that I Mis-identified. Saw some spider shrimp, a really big one hiding out in a sponge, its legs were almost lumiescent. I was all smiles which is not the best thing to do underwater cause it lets water into your mask. I think my eyes must have been bugging out with excitement cause my instructor, Alison, laughed a me. It is all too fast though cause you have to consider dive times and air to and from exit point. Similar to running through the Louvre. So much to see and so fast although we had a moment with a 4 eyed angelfish. He had this punky attitude with this mohawk like hair-do. Alson put her hand out and the little guy, about the size of an open palm, relucantly came within a few centimeters of her finger. It was a perfect time for a good UW camera. Also saw a junvenille turtle and some really camoflaged trumpet fish.

I think i am in love with this stuff. I come up afterwards and haveo sit quite and download he last 30 minutes. Then when I am on land I feel heavy and unusual. Well, had my test, should have studied more on the charts use. That stuff brought my marks down considerably, ended up with 86%. So I am now an open water diver and I am going to sign up for the Advanced OW course next week, cause I really really want to do the wreck dive and the night dive and the UW fish survey. SOOOO COOL!
