Hyde Park
Soaking up the Sun (That was the only sun that we have seen so far) in Hyde Park... AmazingJust a quick email to say hello from the UK.
We arrived safely, and have been having a great time. So far we have walked hyde park, Rode the "Hop on, Hop Off" tour and seen all the major tourist attractions including westminster abbey, buckingham palace, changing of the guards, river thames and are now on our way back to the hotel after spending the afternoon at the tower of London. (Amazing sight, Dad you would go crazy with all the history.. Get those passports ready)
We have really landed some amazing accomodation, in a great location (Paddington - Walking distance from Hyde Park.) and been able to eat at some really nice italian restraunts, and get around without any problems so far. We are still pinching ourselves that we are here, and feel blessed.
Tomorrow we leave london and pickup our hire car. We will make our way to cambridge where we wil be for two nights. We are planning on coming back to London before the tour, as we would like to see some more of the city, visit the shops along oxford st, walk arounf the streets of monopoly land, and go on the london eye.
I will post some more entries on the blog as well as this one with some photos, when we get access to a pc. The blackberry has been amazing, and has given us limited access to emails and web and provided us with the ability to stay in touch where necessary.

Far out and Far away
Hey guys, this is great...soak up the summer sun and be deeply refreshed. Keep looking out for God-connections in your day...He may have more than one reason for you to be in the UK at this time. Say Hi to Neil and Marlene. We are truely noticing your absence from the church community here. Thanks for sending us the blogs. We are looking forward to some great holiday pics...and some of the famous wedding of course...Sun is shining today and I'm taking the boys and their Tassie friend to the zoo.
