Hello you lovely people. Matt here. Unfortunately Sophie has been suspended from blog writing entries for the day (Joking, it's just my turn..).
Anyway, we're sat at Sydney Airport waiting to board our delayed plane to Gold Coast. Just finished off a $9 bottle of Heineken, it felt like drinking liquid gold! We are looking over the runway at the minute and it's safe to say the torrential rain outside is making me rather nervous... And waking up this morning to the breaking news that a man has died after being shot in Gold Coast doesn't overly help either!
Well, this is just an update to the blog last night, there's nothing else to add really. Oh, apart from that in typical Matt fashion I decided it would be fun to smack my head on the corner of the table, sporting a lovely cut on the top of my foreheard.. Hopefully we'll get the internet later to add another blog, including pictures! Everyone is looking forward to the weather, although I don't think this is the last we'll see of the rain!

Thanks for that Matt, nice to hear from you. Enjoy the Gold Coast, hope you don't get so much rain. By the way, Derby reached the final of the Midlands Masters but were beaten by Notts County 4-2.We did knock Forest out though 7-3. Love to all xxx
