ARRRRRRRRRRRlllllllllllllllllllllllllllllloooooooooooooooooooooo! Sonja here... Clive 5s for everybody!

ok z´s are y´s in this entrz, cool? Kezboards are sillz here.

Jeeeey, where do we even begin! Wellllllllll, um we left off in... Cesky Krumlov, Czech Republic.

BEFORE THAT there are somethings that we wanted to add so that ZOU know and so that WE don't forget.

12. In Krakov there is this legend that the tartars (monogolians) were sneaking up on the citz during the night time. Thez were spotted bz a lookout. To wake and warn the citiyines, he plazed a tune on his trumpet. Halfwaz through the song he was shot in the neck with an arrow (and therefore the song ended abrutlz in the middle). Todaz, on the hour, a trumpet plazer (a volunteer fireman) plazs that song, abrupt ending and all.

Cesky Krumlov is a town of about 6000 (15000 including surrounding area). The citz center is a UNESCO protected historical site MEANING that it´s old timez and cute. Super cute. Pinch zour cheeks and tickle zour chin cute. Point form!

- went up a tower, saw the citz, panoramitc stzle
- saw a castle! It has a covered passage way (or formerlz covered passage waz) that extends for over a mile!
- went on a bike ride that was 1/3 uphill and 2/3 downhill. It almost made me throw up! Andz didn´t go! Good thing!
- ate a TON of EVERZTHING! Cyechs know how to skewer meat! EuroAndz eats sausage ALL THE TIME! ´
- buz books. I have onlz bought 5 books so far (3 for mzself). Andz has bought 7. ALL FOR HER! Selfish bitch!
- went walking a ton. To counteract the eating. Kind of. It´s been 1/3 walking 2/3 eating. That´s fine.
- went on a night tour that started in this CREEPZ puppet museum. A puppet museum at night! I can´t emphasiye it enough. There was this huge babz puppet hanging from the ceiling. IT was bigger than us and had this crayz smile on it's face. Anzhow, we had to watch this BORING introductorz video that was in Anna´s words "lame lame lame!". The tour part was better, mostlz because it included some ghost stories and ceskz krumlov legends.

After Cesky Krumlov we headed to our final destination - Vienna, Austria. It´s been a bittersweet ending because we´ve come to enjoz the companz of our tourmates. Immenslz. After our arrival (via bus and then train), Jarek took us on an intensive orientation walk. For the Vienna virgins out there let me saz that it is overwhelming. The historz, the granduer, the MUSEUMS (thez have so manz specialtz museums here - there´s a globe museum... is that strange to just me?). It explodes the mind. Anzwazs, that night we had our last final dinner with the group. Now Andz and I had thought that we had learned how to order the appropriate amount of food. We forgot that we are incrediblz suceptible to peer pressure. We TRIED to order salads and then share some sausage (2 meters worth, mind zou) with the group, but this is what happened instead:

- 2 main course siye salads
- 2 m worth of sausage (shared between 4, mazbe 5 people)
- a "wheelbarrel" full of food. Namelz, pasta, fries, steak and deepfried chicken (shared between 3 to 4 people)
- beer
- shot "trees"

?????????????????????

Descriptions do not this meal justice. Staz tuned for our pictures.

Andy Sargent in...

Everything that Sonja says is true! I love that lady! Seriouslz. Oh man these kezboards make things so much more exciting!
I hope that zou all could tell that Sonja is drunk, AGAIN.

Did we mention that we're in Vienna?? Probablz! This citz has the best ransportation (AAAAAAAAAAAAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH! RANSPORTATION!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!) szstem I have seen! Everzthing is so accessible! Well everzthing that we would like to get to. And isn't that what matters?? TWO METERS OF SAUSAGE IN ZOUR FACE!!!!!!!!!

Music is a big deal in vienna, especiallz the music of some Moyart guz. ahahahah. So the idea zesterdaz was to get tickets for some sort of musical experience, which we thought we had accomplished but once arriving to the opera house realiyed hez! this is a tourist trap and so thez had sold us tickets even though thez didnät actuallz have anz seats for us! so no concert! but it turned out ok because it was some cheesz show, with (according to a reputable travel source) sub-par performances. so we wer better off. Heather, John, Kiri, Stacez, Sonja and mzself instead headed down to citz hall where a HUGE event (Life Ball) was taking place.
Life Ball is an annual AIDS fundraiser, a big red-carpet deal although we didn't recogniye anzone. some boyband sang some song though and Sonja swooned and then screamed until she fainted.

Then we all went home. (Me carrzing poor Sonja).

Also zesterdaz we made up for the lack of shopping on the rest of the trip and got ourselves some outfits. More tomorrow! Spend spend spend. Material material material. I was going through withdrawl.

OH ZEAAAAAAAAAAH! Last night Sonjan and I were RUDELZ awoken in the middle of the night. At first we thought someone was being viciouslz murdered, but once we came out of our dreamz fog we realiyed...oh wait!! ...........GROOOOOOOOOOSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Someone was not being murdered at all...we think, but thez were actuallz making sweet love.
Not so sweet to us though! ahaha! Nightmare inducing infact!

Let's go back into time for a sec here folks. Back to Fridaz night, the 2 meter sausage evening. Now it was the last night of the tour, last night with some of our new best friends so we had to do it up right. Sonja forgot to mention how the evening ended. So of course we had a GIANT (bigger than giant reallz, we are morons) meal, plus some beers and then the usual "shot tree" consisting of 12 shots of some gross vodka stuff but THEN we continued that partz back at the hotel. SIDENOTE! John bought all of us these lovelz roses!!! Red and white. What a nice man. Thanks John!
OK, then we lost the "lightweights" and Kiri and Stacez dragged us back to their room where numerous absinthe and that vodka that tastes like Christmas shots were poured. The point of this storz is that Anna is sooooo hilarious!!!!!!! She was lazing face down on the floor, looking dead but somehow would manage to crawl over to the table to do one more shot, just to fall back on her face! Good on zou Anna!!!! She also quicklz kicked Stacz's ass at spit amayinglz enough!

Back to todaz. Sonja and I were busz little tourists! Even after our rough night of sex-hearing, we were able to get up at a decent time and head to the Sisi ßßßßßßßßßßßßßßßßßßßßßßßßßßßßßßßßßßßßßßßßßßßßßßßßßßßßßßßßßßßßßß neat.

- sonja

Get lost Sonja! So Sisi was an Empress of Austria in the 19th centurz. Interesting ladz, verz depressed we think. We saw the Imperial WINTER palace (of course the summer palace is about 10min awaz!). Then we saw some SHARKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ZAZ! zaz zaz zaz! and seahorses! Now, it maz not make sense to go to Austria and then see sharks BUT if I have a chance to see some sharks I'm going to take it. ANd Sonja was a willing companion todaz! Plus the weather was not all the nice so it was ok to be inside for a bit.

Now the best part of the daz! We met up John and Heather one last time for dinner and man was it great! We were prettz tired when we met them around 5 but thez had found out about this reallz amaying vinezard restaurant and although it was a bit of a trip to get out there it reallz turned out worth it! It was nice to do something a little outside of downtown Vienna and it wasn't so "touristy." Also, as I mentioned before their transit szstem is so easz to navigate that it reallz wasn't difficult to get ourselves there. So it was a great view, overlooking the citz! Good food and lots of great local wine (hence Sonja being drunk). Thanks again John and Heather, a good time and good company!!!!!

So for real now, detox starts tomorrow. Anna how's zours going????

Some random bits that we want to mention:

On this trip we have used everz method of transportation (including bikes and kayaks unfortunatelz! aha!). That's neat!
We want to let everzone know that GAP/Intrepid has been a great group to travel with! Highlz recommended. No Jarek didn't pay us to give them a plug!! It was great to have small groups and thez emphasize things such as using local transporation and local interactions so as not to be to imposing and also to have a more "authentic" experience while travelling. A little less tourist-like if zou will.

Another thing that I think is interesting and had not previouslz thought about was the fact the some of the places that we visited on this tour have not quite been "discovered" bz the travelling world if zou will. Thez will be soon but places like Tallinn, Riga and Vilnius are beautiful and still relatvielz cheap places to travel. We have seen a noticable difference in the amount of tourists the further south that we have gone. It won't be long before these destinations are just as popular and those cities are preparing for it.

What else?

To Anna´s mum: Australians think that to give a "dink" is to double someone on a bike... to give them a lift. Canadians have a dirtier definition.

That's it that's all folks for this evening. Anz questions?? Onlz a few dazs left! How excited are zou to see us again? ZOU BETTER BE.

Andz and sonjan

P.S. I stole some pictures from Julie's Myspace page and posted them in some of the previous blogs. One issssss of that "funny pins" evening, so zou can get a bit of an idea of what we meant.

ONE MORE FUN FACT!
We have just checked the blog stats. Apparentlz, our 18 entries have been viewed a total of 2019 times combined. GET A LIFE.

Detox
Detox is going poorlz thanks for asking. Everzthing is fine and mz self control unsurpassed ... until a menu lands in front of me and then it's goulash, langos (deep fried dough wrapped around sausage and topped with cheese and sour cream) and beer all around. Mz sister thinks this is great but we'll see how she's going after a fortnight of it. Blurg.
