Okay, so i tried to compile an email list on my uark account but it definitely would not let me... so i'm gonna be mean and steal kim's idea because it'd be too complicated to create a new email address.
So i've been pretty much running around ever since i got back from school on tuesday tryin to get everything ready for italy! thank goodness i have my mom helping me and that my finals were over tuesday...otherwise i'd be freaking out right about now! so we're leavin tulsa to drive to fayetteville tomorrow and we're just goin to hang out and chill all day with my mom and joe! then on sunday, we get the joy of leaving our hotel at 5am to get to the airport by 6! our flight leaves at 8am, we have a lay-over in atlanta, then we are on our way to Rome!! and by monday morning, 2am here...9am in italy, i will be halfway around the world!!
i am so very excited about this experience, but i'm also a bit scared because it's all so new to me. this will be the first time for me to fly overseas, my first time in a foreign country, and my first time going anywhere with people i don't know. there are a lot of firsts for me involved in this study abroad experience, but i plan to embrace it and enjoy every second that i have been blessed with. keep us in your prayers as we travel and tour italy, as i will surely be keeping every one of you, and your summer plans, in mine! i hope you all have fantastic summers!! the next time you will be getting an email about a new entry, I will be in Rome, Italy!! i love you all!!
