#10 MOO MOO IS MORE THAN A SOUND A COW MAKES (The Hawaiian dresses.)

#9 THERE MAY NOT BE A BIG FOOT LEGEND BUT THERE'S A LITTLE FOOT LEGEND (Hawaii has a famous tale of the Menehune, a group of hairy miniature people who once lived here)

#8 MCDONALDS SERVES SPAM,EGGS AND RICE AS A BREAKFAST PLATTER (In Hawaii everyone loves spam and they even host a spam cook-off)

#7 TARO CHIPS ARE JUST AS DELICIOUS AS POTATO CHIPS (But the taro root when mashed into poi is yucky!)

#6 HAWAIIAN TIME MEANS WHENEVER YOU GET THERE (Works great when your late... not so great if your waiting on the other guy)

#5 HAWAII'S STATE BIRD IS THE NENE BUT THE CHICKEN MAY SOON REPLACE IT (On some of the Islands wild chickens are happily running free)
#4 HAWAIIAN WORDS DO NOT ALWAYS MEAN LIKE THEY SOUND (O’ O’ PU’ PU’ pronounced “Oh Oh, Pooh pooh.”)

#3 NEVER GO BODYBOARDING WITH EYE GLASSES ON (Glasses do not float, and you will never find them.)

#2 CHILDREN IN HAWAII DON’T THROW SNOWBALLS, BUT BIG STINKY FRUITS. (These fruit explode on impact, and smell like feet and nasty cheese.)

#1 AND THE NUMBER ONE THING WE DIDN’T KNOW ABOUT HAWAII IS: HOW HARD IT IS TO LEAVE PARADISE. ( Especially when your flight leaves at 6 in the morning.
