My bag is packed and I am off!!!

After leaving it until the last minute to pack my bag (I'm sure this is not a surprise to some who know me well!), and realising that I couldn't take everything that I had originally intended, I finally managed to pull the zippers together. But now here I am, my bags are packed, I've got my tickets, passport, money to pay the entry tax upon my arrival in Argentina and some lollies to eat on the plane...and I'm leaving Melbourne in 8 hours time.

Today I took the advice of several well travelled people and went out and purchased a guide book for South America along with a Spanish phrase book. Hopefully this means I will be able to easily travel from the airport to my hostel.

I look forward to being able to keep you all updated on my adventures!

See you all in four and a half months time!!!
