Yes, the translation is "Rape, masculine stylist" No, rape does not mean something else in Spanish. Yikes.

The translation is roughly "yes, she's the one who takes (our product)" -an ad for health food products.

This was an art piece in a local mall that we really liked. The child is blindfolded and those are rats crawling out of the TV (and on her).

Rape
My dear, I think you're lost in translation. In Spanish, "rape" means a bald haircut. The verb is "rapar".

Yes, that is true but I did ask a number of Mexicans (including my wife) and none of them recognized "rape" as a word even in conjunction with the photo.
